Phone Calls and Letters...
A phone call or letter from you Provider Lawyer can get you the results you want fast. Your Provider Lawyer can write a letter or make a phone call on your behalf if you are treated unfairly. One call or letter per subject related matter is included with your membership. Plus, you'll receive two business letters each year at no additional cost! Additional assistance for same subject at a 25% discount.
Contract and Document Review
You can have an unlimited number of personal legal documents, up to ten pages each, reviewed by your Provider Lawyer. Included each year is one business document review at no additional cost! Your Provider Lawyer will analyze the documents and suggest changes for your benefit before you sign.
Wills for You and Your Family...
A Will for you at no additional charge, not just a "simple" Will, but one that meets most Americans' needs - with free yearly reviews and updates. Wills for covered family members are just $20 each; changes and updates $20. Trust preparation is available at 25% discount.

Minor Legal Expenses
Your Provider Lawyer will represent you or your covered family members against moving traffic violations at no additional cost to you. Now you can get help with traffic tickets and not have to worry about the cost of representation.
Trial Defense Services
Lawsuits cause tremendous emotion and financial stress. Your Pre-Paid Legal membership offers legal assistance when you need it most. During your first membership year, you have up to 60 of your Provider Law Firm's time when you or your spouse are named defendant or respondent in a covered civil or criminal action filed in court. The criminal action must arise out of the performance of the covered person's employment responsibilities. Of the 60 hours available during your first membership year, up to 2.5 hours may be used for all legal services rendered in defense of the covered suit prior to acutal trial. Up to 57.5 of the remaining hours are available for actual trial time, including covered criminal preliminary hearings. When you renew your membership, your hours of attorney time increases as follows:
First membership year: 60 total hours
57.5 hours of trial time & 2.5 hours pretrial time
Second membership year: 120 total hours
117 hours of trial time & 3 hours pretrial time
Third membership year: 180 total hours
176.5 hours of trial time & 3.5 hours pretrial time
Fourth membership year: 240 total hours
236 hours of trial time & 4 hours pretrial time
Fifth membership year: 300 total hours
295.5 hours of trial time & 4.5 hours pretrial time
Divorce, separation, annulment, child custody or other divorce related matters, bankruptcy, charges of DUI/DWI, drug-related matters (whether prescribed or not), hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident and civil or criminal charges occurring as a result of operating a commercial vehicle with more than two axles are not covered under this benefit, but are covered by the preferred member discount.
IRS Audit Services
Pre-Paid Legal Services takes the bite out of an IRS audit with up to 50 hours of professional services for either you, your spouse, or your dependent children when notified in writing of an IRS audit. Your 50 hours breaks down to:
- 1 hour for consultation, advice, and assistance when notified of an audit.
- 2.5 hours if settlement is not reached in 30 days. Available for representation, negotiations, conferences, telephone conversations, and settlement conferences prior to litigation.
- 46.5 hours if settlement is not reached without litigation, and the IRS sues you, or you pay the disputed tax and sue the IRS.
- Coverage begins with the return due on April 15 of the year your membership is effective. Services under this benefit are available through your Provider Law Firm. This benefit does not cover corporate or business tax returns.
Preferred Member Discount*
Your Provider Law Firm will render assistance at a 25% reduction in their standard hourly rate should you need legal assistance not otherwise covered by this membership. Please note that a retainer may be required for services to be rendered under this benefit. Your Provider Law Firm must have five days notice prior to court representation. Telephone advice is available immediately.
Administrative Hearing Legal Services
With the Administrative Hearing Legal Services benefit, legal assistance is available for you in the even of an administrative hearing for you as a school employee.
Up to a total of eight hours of preparation for the hearing or actual hearing time at no additional charge for pre-termination hearings each membership year. Your Provider Law Firm also will help with post-termination hearings as described below. Additional preparation time is covered by your preferred member discount.
First membershp year: 8 total hours
5.5 hours of hearing time &

Second membership year: 12 total hours
9 hours of hearing time &
3 hours pre-hearing time
Third membership year: 16 total hours
12.5 hours of hearing time &
3.5 hours pre-hearing time
